CURRENTLY THE ONLY TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ARE THE SEASON PASSES.
Box Office Note: Box office stops selling tickets 30 minutes before the scheduled show closing. On busy nights, the box office may stay open longer, please call to confirm.
GROUP RATES: Group rates are available via email only. This includes the Sunday 4-pack. Please email us at fot1031@gmail.com to request a group rate. All group tickets must be purchased at least 24hrs in advance. Your group representative will be required to preset ID upon picking up your tickets.
Upon Arrival: Online ticket holders should report directly to the attraction entrance. If you have any changes to your online purchase, please report to the box office.
PRINT YOUR TICKETS:
We recommend having a printer ready to print your tickets OR a smartphone capable of receiving an SMS and displaying .pdf files. We can scan barcodes directly from your phone. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED WHEN CHECKING OUT, your tickets will be sent to that email address. We recommend not using an iCloud.com email, as those users have problems receiving our ticket emails.
No refunds or exchanges for unused tickets. Tickets are not redeemable for any other shows. An insurance option is available for purchase. Note: Purchasing the insurance is the only method to get a refund on unused tickets.
Attractions are not recommended for persons under the age of 12. Ticketing fees apply.
